Subject: Survey on Interest in a New Private Training Facility

Dear Law Enforcement agencies and professionals, EMS agencies and professionals, and privatee training organizations,

We are considering the option to build a private training facility designed to support law enforcement agencies, emergency medical services (EMS), and private training organizations and we value your input.

This facility aims to provide a controlled environment for scenario-based training, defensive tactics, firearms instruction, medical response drills, and other specialized training needs. Our goal is to ensure that agencies, individuals, and training providers have access to a well-equipped space that enhances professional development and preparedness.

This proposed facility will include a classroom, use of force simulator, and an approximately 4,000 square foot modular scenario training environment/simunition shoot house, complete with a control center for audio/video recording for scenario playback and debriefs, control of lighting and noise stimulus, breaching doors, and access to additional training equipment, manikins, and other props to enhance the training experience.
